Trash Pickup

Trash bins are located by the elevators. Floors 2-4 have trash chutes by the elevators for small bags only. Trash must be bagged. No boxes in the chute please, they don’t fit through the curves in the chute even when they’re broken down. Hand carry larger trash bags and boxes to the 1st floor for disposal.

Bulk trash can be set out on Sunday evening for Monday morning pickup across the street from D building in parking slot 508

Remodeling

All remodeling with the exception of interior painting requires board approval and a permit from the City of DFB. Click here for the ARC form to complete and submit to Benchmark prior to any projects

Recycling

The City of Deerfield Beach does not provide pick up services but the drop off center is conveniently located at: 401 SW 4th St

Plastic bags are not accepted. They accept paper, plastic & cardboard. Items must be clean and NOT be in plastic bags.

Termite Treatment
